Pre-launch notice: EURA has not opened its online store yet, so no orders are being shipped at this time. The policy below describes how shipping will work once we launch — join our launch list and we'll notify you the moment ordering opens.
Where we ship
At launch, we plan to ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping will be evaluated based on demand.
Processing time
Orders are expected to be processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. You will receive tracking information by email once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the US is estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact us within 14 days at info@euraofficial.com and we will make it right.
